📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout projects, overseeing client interactions, issues, and engagement.

• Deliver project-specific solutions and foster strong client relationships.

• Oversee and implement internal processes for gathering and preparing market research data.

• Manage the entire process from providing questionnaires to the delivery of final outputs.

• Address complex market research, administrative, and technical tasks.

• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and external agencies.

• Supervise project initiation and scheduling.

• Oversee field activities to ensure they remain within budget, parameters, and timelines.

• Track field status reports and comprehend data needs.

• Verify data accuracy and proofread deliverables.

• Coordinate with both internal teams and external agencies.

• Monitor project advancement, offer feedback, ensure timelines are met, and implement corrective measures when necessary.

• Collaborate with client service and data processing teams regarding code frames and data processing specifications.

• Address project-related inquiries related to data collection or processing post-fieldwork.

• Conduct quality control throughout projects and resolve issues promptly.

• Evaluate study performance and suggest improvements for future initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in market research data collection and consulting.

• Background in study setup.

• Proficient in project scheduling, including planning timelines, negotiating as needed, preparing detailed study instructions, and briefing Survey Programming, Data Collection, and Data Processing teams.

• Familiarity with questionnaire input and specifications.

• Experience in client liaison and making recommendations for efficient data collection.

• Skilled in monitoring job progress, providing timely feedback, meeting deadlines, taking corrective actions, liaising on code frames and data processing specifications, and addressing project-related inquiries while ensuring quality standards.

• Expertise in quality control and compliance with processes and standards.

• Experience in analyzing study performance and offering recommendations.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Excellent analytical, computational, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with both internal and external clients.

• Ability to devise solutions to complex project challenges under tight deadlines.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other specialized business-related software systems.

• Willingness to work night shifts during US Eastern Standard Time hours.
