Project Manager – AI & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI, automation, and innovation initiatives from the initial idea to deployment and user adoption.

• Engage directly with AI tools, which includes developing, testing, and optimizing prompts tailored for specific business scenarios.

• Convert operational and commercial challenges into actionable AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Perform structured experiments, validate results, solicit user feedback, and enhance solutions through iterative processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to transition successful prototypes into scalable implementations.

• Advocate for the responsible and effective utilization of AI, focusing on data quality, security, governance, and measurable outcomes.

• Oversee POCs, MVPs, pilot projects, digital products, and business transformation efforts.

• Create project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption strategies.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology groups, and external partners.

• Sustain momentum, resolve dependencies, and ensure initiatives yield tangible business value and operational impact.

• Identify and assess opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Manage innovation projects that do not fall under a specific pillar.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of successful solutions.

• Foster AI adoption by aiding stakeholders in understanding how AI can deliver value and how to apply it effectively.

• Provide analysis, coordination, and decision-making support to align investments, accelerate responsible adoption, and establish roadmap sequencing, dependencies, governance, and success metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related discipline.

• Experience within the Certification/Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated history of executing technology-enabled or business transformation projects from conception to implementation.

• Practical, hands-on experience utilizing generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business applications.

• Experience in managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.

• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical delivery.

• Experience working in global, matrix organizations and coordinating contributions across various functions and regions.

• Agile, experimental mindset with the capability to navigate ambiguity and transform early-stage ideas into practical solutions.

• Experience with AI initiatives that support Sales or Salesforce-related use cases is a significant advantage.

• Agile project delivery experience is desirable.

• Proficiency in English, alongside the local language.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
