Project Manager – AI & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI, automation, and innovation initiatives from inception to implementation and user adoption.

• Engage directly with AI tools, including the development, testing, and enhancement of prompts for business applications.

• Convert operational and commercial challenges into AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Execute structured experimentation, validate results, collect user feedback, and refine solutions through iterative improvements.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to transition successful prototypes into scalable solutions.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices, focusing on data quality, security, governance, and measurable value creation.

• Oversee POCs, MVPs, pilot programs, digital products, and business transformation projects.

• Formulate project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption strategies.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology groups, and external collaborators.

• Sustain project momentum, address dependencies, and ensure tangible business value and operational effectiveness.

• Identify and assess opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Manage innovation projects not linked to a specific strategic focus area.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of effective solutions.

• Facilitate AI adoption and educate stakeholders on how AI can deliver value.

• Provide analysis, coordination, and decision-making support to the Global Head of IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related discipline.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in the Certification/Business Assurance sector.

• Demonstrated history of successfully delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through execution.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business use.

• Experience in managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication abilities.

• Capability to align business requirements with technical execution.

• Experience in global, matrixed organizations and coordinating contributions across various functions and locations.

• An agile, experimental mindset with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and translate early-stage concepts into actionable solutions.

• Familiarity with AI initiatives related to Sales or Salesforce use cases is highly advantageous.

• Preferred experience in agile project delivery.

• Proficiency in English, in addition to the local language.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
