Project Manager – AI & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead projects focused on AI, automation, and innovation from the initial idea through to deployment and adoption.

• Engage directly with AI tools, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business applications.

• Convert operational and commercial challenges into AI-driven use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Execute structured experimentation, validate outputs, collect user feedback, and enhance solutions iteratively.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to transition successful concepts from prototype to scalable implementation.

• Advocate for responsible AI usage, emphasizing data quality, security, governance, and measurable value.

• Oversee proofs of concept (POCs), minimum viable products (MVPs), pilots, digital products, and business transformation initiatives.

• Formulate project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption plans.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

• Sustain momentum, address dependencies, and ensure measurable business value and operational impact.

• Recognize and assess opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Manage innovation initiatives not assigned to a specific strategic pillar.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of effective solutions.

• Facilitate stakeholder understanding and adoption of effective AI applications.

• Offer analysis, coordination, and decision-making support to the Global Head of IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related area.

• Experience in the Certification/Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.

• Proven success in delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through to implementation.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business purposes.

• Experience in managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.

• Ability to bridge business needs with technical delivery.

• Experience working within global, matrix organizations and coordinating contributors across various functions and locations.

• Agile, experimental mindset with the capability to navigate ambiguity and transform early-stage ideas into practical solutions.

• Experience with AI initiatives related to Sales or Salesforce use cases would be a significant advantage.

• Preferred experience in agile project delivery.

• Proficiency in English, in addition to the local language.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
