Project Manager – AI & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead projects focused on AI, automation, and innovation from the initial concept stage to deployment and adoption.

• Engage directly with AI tools, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts tailored for business use cases.

• Convert operational and commercial challenges into actionable AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Implement structured experimentation, validate results, collect user feedback, and iteratively enhance solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to transition successful concepts from prototypes to scalable implementations.

• Advocate for responsible AI usage while prioritizing data quality, security, governance, and measurable value.

• Oversee POCs, MVPs, pilots, digital products, and business transformation initiatives.

• Formulate project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology groups, and external partners.

• Maintain project momentum, address dependencies, and ensure measurable business value and operational impact.

• Identify and assess opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Manage innovation initiatives beyond the dedicated strategic-pillar ownership.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of successful solutions.

• Enhance stakeholder understanding and adoption of effective AI applications.

• Provide analysis, coordination, and decision-making support to the Global Head of IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related area.

• Experience in the Certification/Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business applications.

• Experience in managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication abilities.

• Capability to connect business requirements with technical delivery.

• Experience working within global, matrix organizations and coordinating contributors across various functions and regions.

• Agile, experimental mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and transform early-stage ideas into practical solutions.

• Experience with AI initiatives that support Sales or Salesforce-related use cases would be a significant advantage.

• Preference for candidates with agile project delivery experience.

• Proficiency in English in addition to the local language.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
