Project Manager – AI & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI, automation, and innovation initiatives from the initial idea to deployment and user adoption.

• Create, evaluate, and enhance prompts tailored for specific business scenarios.

• Convert operational and commercial challenges into AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Conduct structured experiments, validate results, gather user feedback, and continuously enhance solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to transition successful prototypes into scalable implementations.

• Advocate for responsible and effective AI usage, prioritizing data quality, security, governance, and measurable outcomes.

• Manage proof of concepts (POCs), minimum viable products (MVPs), pilots, digital products, and business transformation projects.

• Create project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption strategies.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

• Maintain project momentum, resolve dependencies, and ensure measurable business value and operational impact.

• Identify and assess opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Oversee innovation initiatives that are not linked to a specific strategic pillar.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of successful solutions.

• Facilitate AI adoption by helping stakeholders comprehend where and how AI can provide value.

• Deliver analysis, coordination, and decision-making support to align investments and promote responsible adoption.

• Serve as a delivery-focused partner to the Global Head of IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related area.

• Experience in the Certification/Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in executing technology-enabled or business transformation projects from inception to implementation.

• Practical, hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business applications.

• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product projects.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.

• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical delivery.

• Experience in global, matrix organizations and coordinating contributions across various functions and locations.

• Agile and experimental mindset with the capability to navigate ambiguity and transform early-stage ideas into actionable solutions.

• Experience with AI initiatives that support Sales or Salesforce-related use cases would be a significant advantage.

• Preferred experience in agile project delivery.

• Proficiency in English, in addition to the local language.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
