Project Manager – AI & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI, automation, and innovation projects from their inception to deployment and user adoption.

• Engage directly with AI tools, which includes the development, testing, and refinement of prompts tailored for business applications.

• Convert operational and commercial challenges into AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Execute structured experimentation, validate results, collect user feedback, and enhance solutions through iterative improvements.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to transition successful concepts from prototypes to scalable implementations.

• Advocate for responsible and effective AI usage, focusing on data quality, security, governance, and measurable value.

• Oversee POCs, MVPs, pilots, digital products, and initiatives for business transformation.

• Create project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption plans.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

• Sustain momentum, resolve dependencies, and ensure tangible business value and operational impact.

• Identify and assess opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of effective solutions.

• Facilitate AI adoption and guide stakeholders in understanding how AI can deliver value.

• Provide analysis, coordination, and decision-making support to the Global Head of IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related discipline.

• Experience in the Certification/Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.

• Proven history of successfully delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept to implementation.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, encompassing the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business purposes.

• Experience in managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.

• Capability to bridge business needs with technical delivery.

• Experience working within global, matrixed organizations and coordinating contributions across various functions and regions.

• Agile, experimental mindset capable of navigating ambiguity and transforming early-stage ideas into practical solutions.

• Experience with AI initiatives that support Sales or Salesforce-related use cases is a significant advantage.

• Preferred experience in agile project delivery.

• Proficiency in English, in addition to the local language.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
