Project Manager – AI & Innovation

📋 Description

• Oversee AI, automation, and innovation initiatives from the initial idea to deployment and user adoption.

• Create, test, and enhance prompts tailored for specific business applications.

• Convert operational and commercial challenges into AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Implement structured experimentation, validate results, gather user feedback, and refine solutions through iterative processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to transition successful concepts from prototypes to scalable implementations.

• Advocate for responsible AI utilization focusing on data quality, security, governance, and measurable benefits.

• Oversee POCs, MVPs, pilots, digital products, and initiatives aimed at business transformation.

• Create project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption plans.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology groups, and external partners.

• Sustain project momentum, resolve dependencies, and guarantee measurable business value and operational impact.

• Identify and assess opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and implementation of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of successful innovations.

• Support AI adoption among stakeholders.

• Provide analysis, coordination, and decision-making support to align investments and expedite responsible adoption.

• Serve as a delivery-focused partner to the Global Head of IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a similar field.

• Experience in the Certification/Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from conception to execution.

• Practical, hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business applications.

• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.

• Experience within global, matrix organizations and the coordination of contributors across various functions and regions.

• Agile, experimental mindset with the capability to navigate ambiguity and transform early-stage concepts into practical solutions.

• Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related cases would be a significant advantage.

• Preferred experience in agile project delivery.

• Proficiency in English, alongside the local language.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
