Project Manager – AI, Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI, automation, and innovation projects from their inception to deployment and user adoption.

• Engage directly with AI tools, including the development, testing, and enhancement of prompts for business applications.

• Convert operational and commercial challenges into actionable AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Execute structured experiments, validate results, collect user feedback, and enhance solutions through iterative processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to transition successful concepts from prototypes to scalable implementations.

• Advocate for responsible AI usage, emphasizing data quality, security, governance, and quantifiable value.

• Oversee Proofs of Concept (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), pilot programs, digital products, and business transformation projects.

• Create project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption strategies.

• Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology groups, and external partners.

• Sustain project momentum, address dependencies, and guarantee measurable business value and operational effects.

• Identify and assess opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Manage innovation projects that do not fall under a dedicated IT function.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of effective solutions.

• Facilitate AI adoption by aiding stakeholders in understanding how AI can create value.

• Serve as a delivery-oriented partner to the Global Head of IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related domain.

• Experience in the Certification/Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept to implementation.

• Practical, hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business uses.

• Experience in managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.

• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution.

• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations while coordinating contributors across various functions and regions.

• Agile, experimental mindset with the capability to navigate ambiguity and transform early-stage ideas into viable solutions.

• Experience with AI initiatives related to Sales or Salesforce use cases is a significant advantage.

• Preferred experience in agile project delivery.

• Proficiency in English, alongside the local language; Spanish is an added benefit.
