Project Manager – AI & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI, automation, and innovation initiatives from the initial idea to deployment and user adoption.

• Engage directly with AI tools, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business applications.

• Convert operational and commercial difficulties into AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Execute structured experimentation, validate outputs, collect user feedback, and enhance solutions through iterative processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to transition successful prototypes into scalable implementations.

• Advocate for responsible and efficient AI practices, emphasizing data quality, security, governance, and measurable outcomes.

• Oversee POCs, MVPs, pilot programs, digital products, and business transformation efforts.

• Create project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption strategies.

• Coordinate across cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology personnel, and external partners.

• Maintain project momentum, address dependencies, and ensure tangible business value and operational impact.

• Identify and assess opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and execution of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Manage innovation projects not tied to a specific strategic pillar.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and the scaling of effective solutions.

• Facilitate AI adoption by aiding stakeholders in recognizing where and how AI can provide value.

• Offer analysis, coordination, and decision-making support to the Global Head of IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related area.

• Experience in the Certification/Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept to implementation.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business uses.

• Experience managing initiatives related to AI, automation, analytics, or digital products.

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication capabilities.

• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution.

• Experience in global, matrix organizations, coordinating contributors across various functions and locations.

• Agile, experimental mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and transform early-stage concepts into practical solutions.

• Experience with AI initiatives that support Sales or Salesforce-related applications is a significant advantage.

• Preferably have experience in agile project delivery.

• Proficiency in English along with the local language is required.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
