Project Manager – AI & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee AI, automation, and innovation initiatives from their initial concept to deployment and adoption.

• Engage directly with AI tools, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for various business use cases.

• Convert operational and commercial challenges into actionable AI use cases, workflows, experiments, and prototypes.

• Execute structured experimentation, validate results, collect user feedback, and iteratively enhance solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to transition successful prototypes into scalable implementations.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices with a focus on data quality, security, governance, and measurable outcomes.

• Oversee proof of concepts (POCs), minimum viable products (MVPs), pilots, digital products, and business transformation projects.

• Create project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risk management strategies, success metrics, and adoption frameworks.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology groups, and external partners.

• Maintain project momentum, address dependencies, and ensure measurable business value and operational effectiveness.

• Discover and assess opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Assist in the development and implementation of the Business Assurance AI roadmap.

• Manage innovation projects outside of dedicated IT ownership.

• Propel rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and the scaling of effective solutions.

• Facilitate AI adoption across Business Assurance.

• Provide analysis, coordination, and decision-making support to the Global Head of IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a similar field.

• Experience in the Certification/Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.

• A proven history of executing technology-enabled or business transformation projects from initial concept through to implementation.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including the development, testing, and refinement of prompts for business applications.

• Experience managing initiatives related to AI, automation, analytics, or digital products.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication.

• Ability to align business requirements with technical delivery.

• Experience in global, matrixed organizations, coordinating contributors across various functions and geographical locations.

• An agile, experimental mindset capable of navigating ambiguity and transforming early-stage concepts into practical solutions.

• Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases would be a significant advantage.

• Preference for candidates with agile project delivery experience.

• Proficiency in English, alongside the local language.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
