This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Program Managers and Project Managers across various projects and workstreams.
• Manage project schedules, calendars, trackers, action logs, risk and issue logs, decision records, and other project documentation.
• Organize meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Keep track of priorities, milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and decisions.
• Coordinate inputs for contract deliverables, status reports, program reviews, leadership briefings, and materials for clients.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, dashboards, and project management resources.
• Structure project documentation in SharePoint.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including access, systems, tools, documentation, and orientation.
• Support Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog coordination, Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, and maintenance of Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Aid in gathering requirements, understanding user needs, defining acceptance criteria, and making project decisions.
• Collaborate with technical, analytical, and program teams.
• Facilitate project management activities for Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, analytics, data, and program evaluation workstreams.
• Review and ensure quality of client deliverables.
• Assist with internal reporting, program management reviews, quarterly assessments, staffing updates, and leadership briefings.
• Identify gaps in information, processes, deadlines, risks, and necessary follow-ups.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and smaller initiatives until their completion.
• Lead meetings and coordinate activities when project leaders are unavailable.
• Enhance project processes, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration.
• Gradually assume greater responsibility for project planning, client interactions, Agile delivery, and workstream management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, information systems, technology, public health, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, consulting, program operations, business operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Capability to work effectively in situations where requirements or guidance may be unclear.
• Proactive self-starter attitude with the ability to advance work independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Experience in developing meeting agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining action items, and ensuring follow-through.
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to create professional, client-ready presentations, trackers, reports, and other project materials.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and a willingness to take ownership.
• Interest in technology-driven programs and a desire to learn about technical delivery concepts and tools.
