Financial Consultant – Structured Credit and Business Relationship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Source, assess, and oversee corporate structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solution transactions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers.

• Determine working capital and corporate debt needs for companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 15 million.

• Analyze projects and financing requirements.

• Ensure ongoing origination, targeting a benchmark of two structured contracts weekly.

• Collaborate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals.

• Operate within the agribusiness sector for a consulting firm that specializes in structuring tailored credit transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established and active portfolio with direct, demonstrable relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of medium to large companies generating annual revenues over BRL 15 million.

• Working knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset management, private funds, and institutional/federal funding sources, including BNDES and similar institutions.

• Understanding of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering concepts.

• Capability to interpret intricate working capital and corporate debt projects and requirements.

• Proactive, commercially savvy, results-driven, with strong operational discipline, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Extensive senior commercial experience serving medium and large companies (Middle Market and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the agribusiness sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration.
