This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the transition of executed leases from the signing stage through to construction mobilization.
• Collaborate with the pre-lease team to compile and package each deal effectively.
• Conduct handover checks in accordance with client specifications and monitor resolution of transfer gaps.
• Organize and co-lead project launch meetings on-site with the client’s project lead.
• Delegate and monitor launch tasks until their completion.
• Review schedules and costs as the design details evolve.
• Integrate findings from specialists into site baselines and reports.
• Follow up on resulting actions with developers.
• Drive the resolution of inherited due-diligence items to documented closure.
• Facilitate weekly project calls, design coordination, and developer interactions during mobilization.
• Maintain action logs and generate standardized inputs for milestone reporting.
• Handle daily interactions with developers, client project leads, and internal specialists.
• Transition sites to on-site delivery teams at mobilization, covering baselines, open-item registers, and accepted-risk documentation.
• Assist in handover checks, launch formats, reporting standards, and capturing lessons learned.
• May need to comply with SOX control responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience in data center delivery, preconstruction, or development.
• Background in mission-critical and complex technical facilities will be considered if transferable.
• Familiarity with data center construction and mobilization documentation requirements.
• Experience in project handover, preconstruction coordination, change control, and tracking open items.
• Capable of interpreting schedule and cost reviews and addressing resulting issues with developers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently at various stages.
• Skilled at obtaining information and commitments from stakeholders who do not report directly.
• Proficient in leading meetings with senior stakeholders and securing assigned actions along with deadlines.
• Able to adapt to evolving standards and contribute to their establishment.
• Technical proficiency in reading, understanding, and communicating contract requirements, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including concise reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Suite and Google Workspace.
• General technological expertise.
• Understanding of and adherence to site HSSE policies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 6–10 days per month.
