This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee project engineering teams for the detailed site-specific design of BWRX300 small modular reactor initiatives.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective allocation of organizational resources.
• Deliver the scope of work within the original cost estimation.
• Manage the schedule, budget, and integration of BWRX300 projects.
• Drive projects to satisfy customer critical to quality (CTQ) requirements and achieve tollgate milestones.
• Supervise a team of project engineers and project coordinators.
• Formulate strategies for the designated area of responsibility, encompassing resource management and policy development.
• Analyze business challenges and suggest best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Keep abreast of industry trends that may impact the work.
• Make informed decisions and tackle complex operational, manufacturing, technology, or engineering issues.
• Evaluate information quality, engage relevant stakeholders with probing questions, and provide recommendations and solutions beyond established parameters.
• Extensive experience in Engineering/Technology and Project Management.
• Knowledge equivalent to a master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university or college.
• Over 8 years of experience in Project Engineering or Project Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in problem analysis and resolution.
• Proven track record in leading programs and projects.
• Competent in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Prior experience with BWR operating nuclear plants in either operations or engineering.
• Capability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, when applicable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
