This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Lead and nurture a team of Project Managers.
• Supervise the delivery of project management services on significant projects and programs.
• Ensure excellence in service, engage clients effectively, and enhance market outreach.
• Provide strategic leadership across corporate real estate, workplace transformation, branch and office developments, operational infrastructure, technology-enabled environments, and capital initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and deliver intricate programs that support organizational growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Enhance project performance and strengthen client relationships.
• Promote innovation, sustainability, risk management, and long-term value creation.
• Lead market research in construction and analyze officially published data.
• Produce thought leadership reports.
• Manage project management services, including resource planning, financial management, business generation, training, and development.
• Establish team strategy and objectives aligned with the Business Plan.
• Foster staff development and encourage learning, respect, and inclusivity.
• Maintain knowledge management databases and disseminate project insights.
• Enhance internal systems and processes.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and participate in ISO audits.
• Develop priority plans, risk mitigation strategies, KPIs, management controls, and critical success factors.
• Conduct internal BMS audits and coordinate external audits.
• Cultivate market understanding, act as a brand ambassador, and create an opportunity pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Prepare and present reports, and participate in senior leadership meetings.
• Track revenue, margins, fees, and resource requirements using internal software.
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Attend networking and promotional events.
• Mentor current staff and facilitate career development.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to attract skilled professionals and plan staffing needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• At least 2 years of experience managing large, high-performing multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven success in delivering project management services for clients.
• Business development mindset and capabilities, with a demonstrated history of driving growth.
• Extensive experience in the major construction sector with notable clients in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, or related fields.
• Exceptional presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
• A graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
