Project Coordinator, Meta Ads, Canva and Copywriting for Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee recruitment campaigns in line with the predefined system.

• Craft written content utilizing templates and client details, occasionally in partnership with AI.

• Design campaign materials in Canva based on existing templates.

• Create advertisements and graphics using client-specific photos, logos, and brand colors, adhering to their corporate identity and design standards.

• Organize project content, including client images, job listings, and supplementary information.

• Input, modify, and review ads on Meta/Facebook/Instagram.

• Follow the established recruitment process meticulously and step-by-step.

• Engage in internal online meetings and report on project developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience entering and editing ads on Meta/Facebook/Instagram via Meta Business Manager.

• Proficient in using Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including the creation, editing, and assessment of advertisements.

• Exceptional German spelling abilities.

• Passion for writing and a keen eye for attractive design.

• Willingness to explore and embrace new ideas, programs, and tools.

• Self-reliant, diligent, and detail-oriented work approach.

• Capacity to manage urgent tasks as they arise.

• Strong computer proficiency (Windows or Mac, MS Office).

• Consistently communicate progress during internal online meetings.

• Commitment to working within a clearly defined system and utilizing templates.

• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or project management is not mandatory.

• Graphic designers with extensive training and experience may find themselves overqualified for template implementation.
