Project Coordinator – Merchandising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide operational assistance for a TMS project within the retail industry

• Engage in a variety of tasks and actively contribute to the advancement of the project

• Act as the primary liaison among the field sales team, internal team, and the client

• Ensure seamless communication of information

• Aid in project controlling

• Track key performance indicators

• Assist in effective project management

• Create insightful analyses and presentations

• Clearly and persuasively convey project outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial training or a comparable vocational qualification

• A completed degree in Business Administration or Economics is advantageous

• Initial experience in project support, preferably in an agency setting

• Some experience in team leadership

• Proficiency in communication and conflict resolution

• Strong skills in negotiation and communication

• Ability to think analytically

• Initiative and a proactive mindset

• Fluency in written and spoken German

• Business-fluent in written and spoken English

• Robust analytical abilities
