Project Coordinator – Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily project activities for assigned accounts, which include managing timelines, status reports, hot sheets, and project routing.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective communication, foresee challenges, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

• Support the setup, tracking, and reporting of projects using Workfront.

• Aid in managing programs valued between $1M and $2M and, with further development, may oversee projects up to $1M to $1.5M.

• Provide administrative assistance, which may account for up to 50% of the time based on business requirements.

• Assist in tracking and reporting budgets alongside project management, Account, and Finance teams.

• Help schedule and facilitate internal status updates and project kickoff meetings.

• Offer proactive updates regarding timelines and resource allocation under supervision.

• Acquire and sustain knowledge of agency frameworks, clients, and regulatory processes.

• Assist in overcoming workflow challenges while ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.

• Identify, evaluate, and address project risks under the guidance of experienced project management professionals.

• Engage in onboarding, training, and mentorship initiatives.

• Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

• Uphold and advocate for Precision Medicine Group’s Precision Principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field is preferred.

• At least one year of experience in a professional setting is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related life sciences is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Mac operating system is required.

• Capability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.

• Flexibility to adapt to new tools, market shifts, and changing priorities.

• Initiative and proactive management of tasks with managerial support.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting obligations.
