This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide consistent updates to the Consulting Support Manager regarding project advancements, obstacles, and successes.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget to meet client satisfaction.
• Manage assigned internal and external projects or oversee specific project tasks from start to finish.
• Configure projects in OpenAir, including associated tasks and planned hours.
• Monitor project advancements and ensure that project hours are accurately logged.
• Proactively determine and execute coordination tasks, foreseeing and resolving potential challenges.
• Deliver consistent project status updates to the Lead Consultant.
• Assist in client relationship management while providing professional, prompt, responsive, and accurate service.
• Handle client communications related to logistics, participant bookings, and project updates.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and timelines.
• Schedule participant sessions and document details in project records and trackers.
• Dispatch participant communications and preparatory materials.
• Collaborate with TechOps for implementation and product management.
• Execute product management tasks, including setup, invitations, response tracking, and report generation when possible.
• Organize in-person and online assessments, workshops, proctoring, and other delivery components.
• Manage communications and reports post-delivery.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, considering technical feasibility and associated costs.
• Aid in project system management, revenue oversight, invoice preparation, and tracking.
• Maintain precise records of OpenAir projects, users, clients, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Execute revenue recognition and invoicing in OpenAir where applicable.
• Coordinate resources for client projects with the Project Lead and Lead Consultant.
• Schedule and confirm sessions with participants and consultants.
• Issue Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for associates.
• Organize materials, flights, and accommodations as necessary.
• Maintain regional internal materials and knowledge management records in OpenAir, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Review materials, documentation, and reports for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Collect, compile, analyze, and securely manage confidential client information.
• Oversee consultant reports, coordinate quality assurance and proofreading, and issue reports in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Engage in project reviews and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Support other regional or global client projects while participating in knowledge sharing and cross-training.
• Undertake additional tasks to ensure effective service delivery to both internal and external clients.
• Must be fluent in both English and French.
• Prior experience in a project management setting is preferred.
• Education or certification in project management is advantageous.
• Proficient in web-based project management tools, such as MS Project or Jira.
• Strong IT skills with a capacity to quickly learn new systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Previous experience in the talent management sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively, multitask, and prioritize workloads for oneself and others.
