Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Organize, prioritize, and manage work orders in collaboration with vendors, onsite teams, and stakeholders.

• Allocate resources effectively, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure readiness for work orders.

• Track, complete, document, and submit work orders for invoicing purposes.

• Monitor performance metrics against timelines, quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide status updates and confirm task completion with relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality benchmarks.

• Offer guidance to teams and perform other associated duties as necessary.

• Facilitate project delivery by managing schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining communication with stakeholders across US-based operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project coordination or operations support is advantageous.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong skills in documentation and workflow coordination.

• Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written (phone and email).

• Detail-oriented and a quick learner.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Willingness to work during US-based hours and adapt to evolving project requirements.

• Team-oriented with the ability to support and mentor others.
