This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Manage and oversee the capacity of the client's reviewer pool in a dynamic manner.
• Monitor and coordinate the holiday schedules of reviewers.
• Carry out daily follow-up tasks, handle extension requests and reassignments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize client-specific applications and tools effectively.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for both internal and client-specific tools.
• Delegate inquiries as necessary.
• Generate and manage reports.
• Maintain consistency throughout the program and recommend best practices.
• Initiate process enhancements and contribute to the program's development.
• Offer support and build partnerships with internal and external teams.
• Engage, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders through meetings, sync-up calls, and status updates.
• Create and deliver impactful training to internal team members and linguists.
• Emphasize quality assurance, strategic process improvements, and the strengthening of vendor and client relationships.
• At least 1-2 years of project management experience in Localization.
• Strong ability to quickly learn and master new technical tools, applications, and complex systems.
• Extensive experience with the MS Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation) for report management and analysis.
• Self-reliant and dependable, with a readiness to learn new tools.
• Capable and willing to work independently, with some remote support available.
• Exceptional time management skills and adaptability to change.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing in English and in face-to-face online interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• Capacity to perform under pressure in a deadline-driven setting.
• Experience in teaching or training.
• Previous experience in translation or localization.
• Familiarity or experience working with multiple languages or cultures.
• Proficient in using Google online tools such as Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Experience managing a high volume of emails.
• Background in process documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas and macros.
