This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and monitor commercial energy efficiency projects from start to finish.
• Assist Technicians, Energy Auditors, Account Managers, Project Managers, and Operations staff with logistical and administrative tasks.
• Review, confirm, and manage project documentation, records, correspondence, and program files.
• Handle project transactions and payments in accordance with program guidelines and procedures.
• Enter, maintain, validate, and audit data across CRM platforms, utility portals, and internal tracking systems.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Process project information and applications via Salesforce, utility portals, and other program management platforms.
• Coordinate requests for material orders, including energy-saving measures and program-related equipment.
• Monitor material inventory requests and manage deliveries.
• Generate and distribute preformatted reports for project management, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Compile and track pipeline data regarding project status, workload forecasts, and program performance metrics.
• Organize meetings and facilitate cross-functional project activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and provide continuous program and operational support.
• Complete special projects and initiatives for process improvement as assigned.
• Support Commercial Energy Efficiency Programs through internal project coordination, operational assistance, data management, and process execution.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations support, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects and priorities at once.
• Experience with data entry, data validation, reporting, and quality assurance procedures.
• Proven attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Prior experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, project tracking tools, or similar database platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently while assisting a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience supporting commercial energy efficiency, utility, construction, engineering, facilities, or similar programs is preferred.
• If applicable, must meet all DOT qualification standards and adhere to relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or assistance.
