This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the coordination and management of client service projects, which includes scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and monitoring timelines.
• Manage schedules and deliverables for both internal and external client meetings and tasks.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, collect information, and address inquiries.
• Support the creation and distribution of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Maintain and update project documentation, databases, and client records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Assist in the development and refinement of client service processes and procedures.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document formatting, filing, and version control.
• Monitor project progress and gather client feedback to inform improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of client service strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, ideally in a client services or customer-facing environment.
• Experience in communicating with clients or stakeholders in a professional context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and uphold confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A customer service mindset and a proactive approach to supporting client needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
• Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Must fulfill specific residency requirements based on project work.
