This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the programming and content creation for Mud Club

• Supervise the team and processes involved in programming and content development

• Organize annual, seasonal, and weekly programming initiatives

• Direct Minecraft activities, challenges, and special events

• Manage Clubhouse and streaming content

• Oversee timelines for programming and content production

• Coordinate with creators, facilitators, and other contributors

• Experiment with and refine new concepts

• Integrate feedback from members and staff

• Set production standards and establish repeatable workflows

• Create new experiences for members and their families

• Familiarize yourself with existing capabilities, build trust with the current team, and enhance systems

• Transform ideas into structured projects with clear scope, timelines, and responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and ensure follow-up on work

• Conduct planning and production meetings

• Identify obstacles and make pragmatic trade-offs

• Ensure quality and consistency of output

• Support creative staff in delivering exceptional work

• Guide projects from concept through production, launch, and refinement

• Collaborate with programming, clinical, and product teams

• Translate programming objectives into engaging experiences for children

• Assist in member research, user journeys, problem definition, prototypes, UX, requirements gathering, testing, and working with designers and developers

• Potentially assume greater responsibility for defined member-facing products and experiences

• Deep understanding of games as impactful environments for children

• Interest in interactive digital environments and gaming

• Strong focus on production management and execution

• Capability to convert ideas into well-defined projects

• Ability to outline scope, timelines, and responsibilities clearly

• Proficiency in assigning tasks and following up

• Experience in leading planning and production meetings

• Skill in identifying obstacles and making practical trade-offs

• Commitment to maintaining quality and consistency

• Ability to coordinate individuals from various disciplines

• Effective use of feedback and iteration

• High level of digital fluency

• Active engagement with and experimentation in AI

• Quick learning of new software

• Knowledge of modern digital experiences and UX principles

• Proficiency in prototyping ideas

• Strong communication skills with developers

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation

• Skills in coding, AI-assisted coding, low-code/no-code tools, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Python, Git/GitHub, or design/prototyping experience are advantageous, but not mandatory

• Formal healthcare experience is not a prerequisite

• A specific degree is not necessary

• Years of formal SaaS Product Manager experience are not required
