Program Performance Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate program performance to ensure adherence to contractual and governmental standards.

• Create budgets, timelines, forecasts, and financial analyses.

• Identify and address cost and schedule risks.

• Maintain precise funding management and baseline control throughout the duration of the contract.

• Implement company policies and procedures to address a variety of challenges.

• Adjust processes and methods as necessary, following established guidelines.

• Examine diverse, routine issues and assess relevant factors to determine the best course of action.

• Participate in analysis and investigation to resolve problems effectively.

• Foster productive internal and external relationships to collaboratively address issues.

• Offer standard professional guidance and prepare initial reports and analyses for review by experienced team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent professional background.

• Proficient in employing problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to meet business needs through technology solutions.

• Comfortable presenting information to customers (both internal and external) and others.

• Capable of functioning as a key member of a team.

• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with project management processes and practices, including Earned Value Management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel.

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Knowledge of financial reporting practices and terminology.

• Understanding of manufacturing management processes and practices.

• Proficiency in using the Deltek COBRA tool for managing project costs, measuring performance, and analyzing budgets, actuals, and forecasts.

• Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management principles.
