Program Measurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and present market measurement data pertaining to the outcomes of Neptune Retail Solutions programs.

• Assist stakeholders in designing tests and planning measurements.

• Share findings and communicate essential insights with internal stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with Sales and various cross-functional teams.

• Oversee multiple projects at once while ensuring precision and attention to detail.

• Guarantee the timely completion of analyses and reports within a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in analytics.

• Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), media, or agency settings is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong capabilities in problem-solving and data interpretation.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to take initiative and independently manage assignments to completion.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with syndicated Circana/NielsenIQ POS and household panel data is an advantage.

• Strong skills in collaboration and relationship building.

• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

• Ability to listen actively, comprehend stakeholder requirements, and offer clear, beneficial guidance.

• Comfortable in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
