Program Manager/Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the J-37 (JTRS) program and its related contracts.

• Manage teams that are geographically distributed.

• Supervise contract performance, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

• Conduct briefings for executives.

• Support a model spanning five regions that includes 54 states and territories.

• Travel frequently across the continental United States (CONUS).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in federal or Department of Defense (DoD) program management.

• Proven ability to manage teams that are geographically dispersed.

• Background in contract performance management.

• Experience in overseeing quality assurance and deliverables.

• Familiarity with conducting executive briefings.

• An active Secret clearance is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ideal candidates will have a background as a former NGB J7, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or DoD PM.

• Desired knowledge in Joint Training System (JTS), Joint Training Tool (JTT), Joint Training Plans (JTPs), Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), Mission Training Assessments (MTA), Training Proficiency Assessments (TPA), DRRS, and JLLIS.

• Experience supporting the National Guard, JFHQ-State, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command.

• Experience conducting workshops for senior leaders.

• Capability for nationwide travel.

• Willingness to travel frequently within CONUS.
