This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Manage, plan, and implement intricate, high-impact projects from start to finish.

• Collaborate with various departments and leadership to ensure projects align with strategic goals and objectives.

• Create detailed project charters, scope documents, and resource allocation plans.

• Perform feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk evaluations.

• Develop thorough project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

• Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, oversee workloads, and evaluate performance.

• Utilize project management tools to monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables.

• Communicate project progress, risks, and critical decisions to stakeholders.

• Identify potential risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Address challenges and resolve issues, escalations, and conflicts as they arise.

• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and enhance outcomes.

• Manage project budgets, forecast and monitor expenses, and report on variances.

• Negotiate and coordinate contracts with vendors and third-party service providers.

• Optimize resource allocation and planning for capacity.

• Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate project status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.

• Manage change requests while ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and costs.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.

• Share insights and mentor junior project managers.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

• Familiar with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini).

• Hands-on experience with next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus) for automating workflows, managing multi-step tasks, and integrating with internal/external systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for tackling complex project issues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets effectively.

• 5–8 years of progressive project management experience.

• Experience managing enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholders and substantial budgets (e.g., $1M+).

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the specific industry.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 10–25% to client sites or other company locations as necessary.

• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines demand it.
