This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Lead and manage enterprise digital governance and portfolio execution.
• Set priorities for the portfolio, define business outcomes, oversee investments, allocate resources, manage schedules, budgets, and implement performance management practices.
• Create and supervise governance, processes, budgets, and operational standards for digital commerce, web services, and product delivery.
• Oversee lifecycle management and operational efficiency of digital products and web capabilities.
• Spearhead enterprise-wide digital initiatives and intricate technical projects.
• Provide guidance to program managers, project managers, and workstream leaders in terms of delivery direction.
• Manage website operations, content delivery, traffic oversight, platform maintenance, and service performance.
• Assess digital commerce performance through metrics, analytics, risk evaluations, operational assessments, and value realization indicators.
• Implement governance for enterprise AI and emerging technology practices, including policies, standards, risk controls, and oversight.
• Act as a subject matter expert in AI and emerging technology governance, program dependencies, portfolio priorities, and vendor capabilities.
• Influence both internal and external stakeholders, technology partners, and service providers.
• Adhere to company and departmental policies while fulfilling other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 10 years of progressive experience in digital commerce, digital product management, e-commerce operations, web operations, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency in digital governance, portfolio management, operational excellence, and performance measurement practices.
• Capability to lead complex programs and influence executives and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to establish technology governance frameworks and operational models.
• Skill in developing and executing enterprise strategies, roadmaps, and operational plans.
• Strong analytical abilities utilizing customer, operational, and performance data.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, product development, issue tracking, and backlog management practices.
• Knowledge of digital commerce technologies, platform integrations, and associated application ecosystems.
• Competence in managing budgets, operational priorities, and competing business demands.
• PMP and PMI-ACP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (10%).
