Program Manager, Regulatory Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive results for extensive and intricate technical operations programs that involve various organizations.

• Create and implement strategic roadmaps; take charge of forecasting and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance to put reporting requirements into practice.

• Establish new workflows and enhance existing ones for both US and international growth.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for programs and workflows.

• Ensure high-quality outcomes through deployments with a global vendor workforce.

• Lead transformation initiatives for workflows to meet evolving business demands.

• Work alongside Engineering to design, test, and implement machine learning and generative AI models and tools.

• Report on program status, risks, and priorities to executive stakeholders.

• Facilitate strategic decision-making across various functions.

• Mentor a high-performing team of Technical Specialists and promote a quality-first culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, legal, or business field.

• Over 10 years of experience managing complex, technology-driven operations and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

• More than 5 years of experience in people management.

• Background in Regulatory Compliance, Vehicle Qualification, or related areas.

• Ability to evaluate and implement legal reporting requirements effectively.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage complex technical operations programs, including structuring project plans, identifying dependencies, and driving execution.

• Capability to excel in a high-ambiguity, dynamic environment.

• Experience working with offshore teams or multiple local operations hubs is preferred.

• Familiarity with the A/V industry is preferred.

• Enhanced competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle is preferred.

• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies is preferred.
