This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Create detailed project charters, scope documents, and resource allocation plans.
β’ Conduct feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk evaluations.
β’ Develop thorough project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
β’ Lead multidisciplinary teams by assigning tasks, managing workloads, and evaluating performance.
β’ Utilize project management tools to monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
β’ Communicate project updates, risks, and crucial decisions to stakeholders.
β’ Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
β’ Tackle challenges and resolve issues, escalations, and conflicts.
β’ Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and enhance project outcomes.
β’ Supervise project budgets, forecast expenditures, track costs, and report discrepancies.
β’ Negotiate and coordinate contracts with vendors and third-party service providers.
β’ Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Facilitate project status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
β’ Manage change requests and ensure alignment of project scope, timelines, and budgets.
β’ Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned and best practices.
β’ Share expertise and mentor junior project managers.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
β’ In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
β’ Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
β’ Familiar with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPTβ4, Gemini).
β’ Practical experience with next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus) for automating workflows, orchestrating multi-step tasks, and integrating with internal/external systems.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for tackling complex project challenges.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
β’ Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
β’ 5β8 years of progressive experience in project management.
β’ Experience overseeing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and substantial budgets (e.g., $1M+).
β’ Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
β’ Willingness to travel (up to 10β25%) to client sites or other company locations as necessary.
β’ Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project deadlines demand.
