Program Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and support strategic initiatives and ongoing operational priorities for Member and Provider Services.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely execution.

• Plan, organize, monitor, oversee, and guide multiple concurrent projects utilizing cross-functional teams.

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, elevate service levels, and guarantee regulatory compliance.

• Develop strategies for improvement opportunities, aligning organizational priorities and resources.

• Manage projects throughout the complete project life cycle, including requirements gathering, project planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.

• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques.

• Maintain project documentation, action items, issue lists, and risk mitigation plans.

• Communicate project status to stakeholders via executive summaries and presentations.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to fulfill stakeholder expectations and company objectives.

• Provide functional and technical expertise regarding program requirements and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management is preferred.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet and Planview is a plus.
