This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with CAIO leadership and technical leads to monitor AI initiatives, literacy programs, research explorations, and client-facing deliverables from inception to completion.

• Manage and enhance team boards, backlogs, and milestone trackers utilizing Microsoft Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and Jira.

• Facilitate daily synchronization among stakeholders, eliminate obstacles, and maintain open lines of communication.

• Collect metrics, synthesize project health indicators, and prepare status updates, executive summaries, and meeting readouts for leadership.

• Recognize operational bottlenecks and apply light-weight efficiency solutions.

• Lead meetings and ensure that action items are documented and acted upon.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of professional experience in program operations, project management, business analysis, or a technical operating environment.

• Practical experience with agile project management tools, particularly Jira, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and SharePoint, to monitor workflows, epics, and tasks.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to distill complex technical updates into clear insights for leadership and stakeholders.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth startup setting with changing priorities.

• Genuine passion for artificial intelligence, emerging technology, and impactful federal or enterprise missions.

• Preferred: Experience supporting Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI/ML teams.

• Preferred: Familiarity with federal contracting environments or SDVOSB operations.

• Preferred: Basic data analysis skills utilizing Excel, Google Workspace, or lightweight BI dashboards.
