This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
β’ Lead the implementation of intricate AI safety, evaluation, human data, and red teaming initiatives.
β’ Oversee the complete delivery process from the handoff of contracts and intake through staffing, execution, quality review, and customer approval.
β’ Assemble and manage project teams, including clinical and specialized subject-matter experts.
β’ Develop project plans, staffing strategies, timelines, communication schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
β’ Track project performance, utilization, throughput, quality metrics, and budget adherence.
β’ Utilize clinical judgment in project design, expert consultation, quality assessment, and escalation choices.
β’ Manage client expectations and delivery timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
β’ Facilitate internal project meetings, status evaluations, and client-facing reporting.
β’ Set quality benchmarks and implement quality controls and QA procedures.
β’ Create scalable operational frameworks that enhance project visibility, quality, throughput, and efficiency.
β’ Convert client requirements into actionable delivery strategies.
β’ Coordinate cross-functional groups across Human Data, QA, Engineering, Product, Research, Customer Success, and clinical/domain experts.
β’ Predict capacity needs and assist in business growth alongside executives and functional leaders.
β’ Identify operational bottlenecks, process deficiencies, growth opportunities, and systemic enhancements.
β’ MD degree is mandatory.
β’ Must possess a Utah medical license or have familiarity with Utah practice laws.
β’ Medical training and clinical judgment relevant to AI safety, evaluation, and human data initiatives.
β’ Skills in program management and operational execution.
β’ Experience overseeing complex service operations with distributed teams of experts, annotators, reviewers, red teamers, contractors, and quality assurance staff.
β’ Background in designing or managing annotation workflows, QA processes, expert-driven data initiatives, clinical programs, research projects, or similar complex operations.
β’ Understanding of, or willingness to gain expertise in, AI evaluation, red teaming, and human-in-the-loop concepts.
β’ Comfort with high-stakes, sensitive topics including AI safety, healthcare, mental health, red teaming, and trust & safety.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively across project plans, status updates, and escalation pathways.
β’ Experience in delivering intricate programs within operational, clinical, research, healthcare, technology, or related sectors.
β’ Experience in AI safety, LLM evaluation, healthcare technology, clinical AI, or trust & safety operations is a significant advantage.
