Executive Program Manager – Founder Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee programs that align with corporate goals, metric reporting, and initiatives at the CEO level.

• Manage the company-wide consolidation, communication, and reporting of essential objectives.

• Drive corporate communications on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis.

• Lead monthly Operations Reviews for the extended leadership team, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.

• Establish and oversee the cadence for CEO customer and partner calls, ensuring action items are followed up on.

• Facilitate employee outreach initiatives by the CEO through virtual coffees, roundtables, and skip-level one-on-ones.

• Direct cross-functional preparation for Board meetings, encompassing agendas and associated materials.

• Collaborate with the CEO, co-founders, executive team, board members, and internal stakeholders.

• Outstanding operational, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations at the executive level.

• Proven expertise in executing clear and diligent follow-up and communication with senior-level stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• Established track record of coordinating multiple cross-departmental initiatives that resulted in significant business outcomes.

• Capability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty effectively.

• Demonstrated success in streamlining operational processes for enhanced consistency and efficiency.

• Proactive in identifying potential challenges and resolving issues.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding SaaS environment.

• Must reside in and have authorization to work in Mexico.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
