Program Manager IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan and execute complex, large-scale enterprise-wide programs and projects.

• Manage key risks and dependencies while providing visibility into project progress.

• Lead cross-functional teams through intricate integration initiatives.

• Develop and present executive-level communications regarding program status and facilitate discussions among executives.

• Oversee implementation and process improvement projects on a large scale across various functions.

• Manage the scope, schedule, budget, timelines, and deliverables of programs effectively.

• Coordinate the efforts of project managers and business analysts across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, and other workgroups.

• Generate executive dashboards, project status updates, and analytical reports following implementation.

• Provide best practices and training information while collaborating on the development of training materials.

• Prepare and present Steering Committee documentation to the Executive team.

• Evaluate and escalate program risks and issues as necessary.

• Oversee risk management, budgeting/forecasting, dependencies, and strategic business or operational analysis.

• Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and risks, devising mitigation strategies.

• Articulate business and technology challenges along with corresponding solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 8 years of experience in Program or Project Management is required.

• Prior experience leading a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or having supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, and managing staff is required.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and project management tools is required.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Experience in healthcare and/or managed care is preferred.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is preferred.
