Program Manager – Strategic Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee intricate, cross-departmental operational programs from inception to execution and delivery.

• Work in conjunction with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational enhancements and achieve measurable results.

• Develop and track KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Construct comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Act as a crucial liaison among stakeholders to guarantee alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Analyze data to guide decision-making and uncover chances for automation and process improvement.

• Promote lean principles and operational best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.

• Proven capability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Established experience in managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience in the Automotive industry or industrial background is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
