Program Manager, Strategic Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute intricate, cross-functional operational programs from their inception to final delivery.

• Work in partnership with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational enhancements and achieve measurable results.

• Establish and track KPIs to assess program effectiveness and pinpoint areas for ongoing improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage financial resources, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to schedules.

• Act as a primary liaison among stakeholders to guarantee alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Evaluate data to support decision-making and uncover opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Advocate for lean principles and operational best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain positions.

• Proven capability to lead extensive projects involving cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience in the Automotive industry or a background in Industrial settings is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is an advantage.
