Program Manager – Strategic Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct intricate, cross-functional operational programs from conception to execution and delivery.

• Partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational enhancements and achieve measurable results.

• Establish and track KPIs to assess program success and pinpoint areas for ongoing improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Act as a primary liaison among stakeholders to guarantee alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Evaluate data to guide decision-making and uncover opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Advocate for lean principles and operational best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain positions.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, timelines, and the scope of projects.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience in the Automotive sector or Industrial background is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean are advantageous.

• Proficient in project management software like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
