Program Manager, Strategic Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct intricate, cross-departmental operational initiatives from their inception to execution and final delivery.

• Work in conjunction with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational enhancements and achieve quantifiable results.

• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and pinpoint areas for ongoing improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage financial resources, address risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Act as a primary contact between stakeholders to guarantee alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Examine data to guide decision-making and uncover chances for automation and process optimization.

• Advocate for lean methodologies and operational excellence throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain positions.

• Proven capability to lead large-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Documented experience in managing budgets, timelines, and the scope of projects.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience in the Automotive sector or an Industrial background is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
