This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee Responsible AI practices for product features and devices.

• Streamline Responsible AI processes through automation.

• Enhance operational excellence in Responsible AI, focusing on response times within SLA and community involvement.

• Collaborate with the Responsible AI community to share organizational operational expertise.

• Integrate Responsible AI processes with related compliance areas to optimize and enhance overall compliance efforts.

• Conduct Responsible AI evaluations for legal and privacy teams to secure product approval.

• Work collaboratively across feature and model development, regulatory needs, legal, research, design, customers, developers, and partners.

• Embed responsible AI principles into products and experiences across the entire product ecosystem.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program management.

• 2–3 years of experience in compliance roles.

• 1–2 years of experience in Responsible AI or related sectors such as Privacy, Security, or Digital Safety.

• AI Governance Certification (AIGP) is strongly recommended; additional certifications are advantageous.

• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience using generative AI technology in production settings, such as for data analysis or project management.

• In-depth understanding of digital safety and security frameworks and mitigations.

• Experience in conducting Responsible AI evaluations.

• Proven capability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and product development teams.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex technical initiatives.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues primarily based in the Pacific time zone.
