
Program Manager, Product & GTM Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain product curriculum, which includes eLearning, live sessions, job aids, playbooks, and FAQs for product launches and ongoing updates.
• Take ownership of launch execution for GTM initiatives, encompassing timelines, session logistics, communications, invitations, and follow-ups.
• Oversee enablement systems, including tracking, reporting, scorecards, and AI knowledge agents.
• Convert enablement-system outputs into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate in measuring completion, sentiment, and behavior-change indicators to illustrate enablement impact.
• Manage additional projects and responsibilities as required by business needs.
• Work in partnership with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps.
• Report directly to the head of the Product + GTM Enablement team.
• 3–5 years of experience in enablement, program/project management, sales enablement, or a related GTM operations role in the technology sector.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple launches or programs concurrently.
• Experience in instructional design, creating training materials, job aids, or curriculum.
• Direct GTM experience is preferred.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to convert product briefs into clear, field-ready language.
• Proficient with enablement technology stacks, including LMS, conversation intelligence, and CRM systems.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools in everyday tasks.
• Data-driven approach that leverages completion and feedback data to prioritize and enhance programs.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and the ability to discern when to automate versus rely on human judgment.
• Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS is advantageous.
