Program Manager IV – LTSS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Direct and manage large-scale, cross-functional implementation or process enhancement initiatives.

• Collaborate with organizational leaders to restructure and realign team members effectively.

• Oversee the planning, management, and execution of programs, including defining scope, schedule, and budget.

• Develop detailed timelines and ensure that all project deliverables adhere to project management standards.

• Coordinate with project managers and business analysts who oversee individual workgroups.

• Partner on the development of executive dashboards, project status reports, and post-implementation analysis.

• Design and present best practices and training materials.

• Collaborate with the training team to create and review educational resources.

• Prepare and present documentation for Program Steering Committees and executive leadership.

• Evaluate program risks and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.

• Manage risks, budget forecasts, dependencies, and strategic analyses.

• Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and risks.

• Formulate risk mitigation strategies and communicate business and technology challenges and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Program or Project Management is required.

• Prior experience leading in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or holding supervisory roles, including hiring, training, task assignment, and performance management, is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is essential.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future, is mandatory.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare and/or managed care is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is preferred.
