Program Manager IV – GPUaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a highly intricate dedicated program or several highly intricate projects from the planning phase to execution.

• Analyze and comprehend business and technical requirements for programs/projects.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate efforts across both internal and external functions to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Create and document business processes.

• Assess processes and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency.

• Manage daily partner relationships and operational cadence, which includes Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Implement roadmaps, including deployment schedules.

• Oversee programs, ensuring compliance and contract management.

• Manage partner programs, training/certifications, expenditures, or other commitments, and formal submissions/processes.

• Propel pipeline and deals with partners and Rackspace.

• Collaborate closely with Enterprise AI & GPUaaS leadership and alliance managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in the field.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, preferably in a related field.

• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree at the manager’s discretion.

• Project certification is advantageous (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Proficiency in business analytics.

• Skills in coaching/counseling.

• Experience in defect management.

• Expertise in delivery management.

• Strong financial acumen.

• Skills in Jira Software.

• Proven leadership abilities.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Experience in people management.

• Ability to create presentations.
