This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Oversee client projects from start to finish
• Identify and document client requirements
• Assist clients with information security initiatives
• Keep stakeholders informed about program and budget progress
• Manage the health of programs throughout their lifecycle, which includes onboarding, service activation, continuation, renewal, and decommissioning
• Onboard program teams, delegate responsibilities, identify resources, and create schedules
• Foster strong client relationships and deliver results that align with commercial commitments
• Supervise program activities across major Advanced Fusion Center client engagements
• Lead teams including Client Engagement Specialists, Project Managers, and Subject Matter Experts
• Support business development by spotting opportunities and assisting account leadership
• Propel progress across various client engagements and capabilities
• Create delivery plans, schedules, controls, forecasts, risk management plans, issue resolution plans, resource analyses, and reports
• Collaborate with Operations teams on service delivery strategies
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and their resolutions
• Set stakeholder expectations and align with customer objectives
• Develop analyses of program health and internal reports
• Lead delivery schedules, resource models, and execution strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Delegate tasks, track completion, and escalate issues as necessary
• Generate reports and conduct program meetings
• Monitor and report on engagement budgets, margins, and resource variances
• Collaborate with sales, account, demand, and solution teams on program solution design, tools, and reporting
• Provide support for at-risk engagements and escalations across the AFC portfolio
• Manage multiple long-term engagements
• Contribute to reporting, standards, frameworks, financial analysis, communications, and strategic planning
• Document case studies, requirements, procedures, and lessons learned
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Program, Project, or PMO role within a professional services organization, particularly focused on information security projects and programs
• Proven program management skills with a successful track record of managing cross-capability engagements across multiple clients
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong influencing skills and customer-centered program leadership capabilities
• Experience managing information security engagements or operations is essential
• Advanced knowledge of Program Management methodologies, best practices, and tools
• Required experience interacting with both clients and internal business partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear and concise presentations to diverse audiences with executive presence
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills are necessary
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required
• Significant experience as a consultant providing security expertise to clients is preferred
• Up-to-date knowledge of security threats, solutions, security tools, and network technologies is highly desired
