Cloud Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of multi-faceted Oracle Cloud implementations spanning ERP, SCM, and HCM.

• Manage the program’s scope, timelines, resources, and interdependencies across various workstreams.

• Create and sustain integrated project plans that align with business objectives.

• Monitor milestones, risks, and issues while offering proactive mitigation strategies.

• Lead weekly status meetings with internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Assist in implementation strategies and develop workshop materials for both business and technical audiences.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into effective solution designs.

• Document and synchronize business processes with system capabilities.

• Supervise User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, script creation, and execution cycles.

• Establish post-go-live support models and facilitate the transition to support teams.

• Prepare and present Steering Committee presentations and executive updates.

• Manage communications at the program level across various stakeholder groups.

• Provide on-demand presentations and updates to business leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 10 years of program/project management experience.

• More than 3 years of experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.

• Proven experience in leading extensive, multi-workstream programs.

• Strong grasp of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Manufacturing/Supply Chain operations.

• Capability to act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders.

• Experience in requirements gathering, design, building, testing, and deployment.

• Ability to assess business challenges and propose future-state solutions.

• Exceptional facilitation skills.

• Experience in developing training materials and user documentation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Alignment with Peloton's core values.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• PMP certification and/or Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred.

• Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain, or Human Capital Management modules is preferred.
