Program Manager IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive, cross-departmental implementation or process-improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate project managers and business analysts overseeing specific workgroups.

• Supervise program planning, scope, schedule, budget, execution, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop executive dashboards, project-status updates, and analytics reports following implementation.

• Create and present best-practice guidelines and training materials.

• Prepare and present documents for Program Steering Committees and executive leadership.

• Evaluate program risks, escalate issues, and manage dependencies and forecasts.

• Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and risks.

• Formulate risk-mitigation strategies and communicate business and technology challenges and solutions.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on assistance to matrixed teams during intricate integration projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Program or Project Management is required.

• Prior experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, task assignment, and staff management, is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools is necessary.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare and/or managed care is preferred.

• PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
