Program Manager, Interoperability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance OCHIN’s systems, processes, initiatives, and tools to promote member success.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of program activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate the deployment of digital health tools aimed at improving access to care and patient outcomes.

• Utilize advanced program and project management methodologies.

• Harness data and analytics to inform decision-making and foster continuous improvement.

• Act as the main point of contact for all program-related communications.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the adoption, implementation, and optimization of tools.

• Regularly communicate with HCOs to ensure that program deliverables are achieved within set timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in program/project management or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred.

• Required experience with healthcare systems, patient portals, telehealth, e-consults, and/or remote patient monitoring technology; familiarity with Epic functionality is preferred.

• Essential knowledge of healthcare data, reporting, and analysis.

• Preferred understanding of advanced primary care concepts, chronic disease management, and clinical quality metrics.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience or knowledge in the interoperability landscape.

• Proven ability to execute multi-disciplinary projects effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to aid in strategic decision-making.

• Significant experience in a remote work role is required.
