This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee all AV integration projects from start to finish for the designated global account.

• Develop and implement project governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting mechanisms.

• Ensure that projects align with scope, timelines, budget, and quality requirements.

• Act as the main escalation point for any project-related issues, risks, and customer inquiries.

• Maintain a comprehensive view of project capacity, resource distribution, and readiness for delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of project managers.

• Conduct project reviews, health evaluations, and performance assessments.

• Personally oversee select high-profile, intricate, or strategic AV integration projects.

• Create project plans, timelines, budgets, and work breakdown structures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, IT, cloud services, procurement, and managed services.

• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and profitability indicators.

• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and executive teams.

• Foster relationships with customer leadership, stakeholders, and technical personnel.

• Offer strategic direction on AV integration projects, technology roadmaps, and future planning.

• Manage the procurement of infrastructure, tools, and materials.

• Collaborate with Sales, Managed Services, and Operations to ensure smooth transitions and lifecycle continuity.

• Provide program-level reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

• Monitor and report on project portfolio health, delivery schedules, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with audio/visual systems.

• Demonstrated project or program management expertise, ideally in AV integration or similar technological fields.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.

• PMP certification is preferred.
